Located beside the Anchorage Coastal Wildlife Refuge, the Bayshore neighborhood is a thoughtfully planned community connected by shared green spaces and walking paths that help children safely reach Bayshore Elementary and Mears Middle School. The Bayshore Clubhouse features an event space, fitness facilities, swimming pool, and the Bayshore Early Learning Center (BELC). The Bayshore Owners Association maintains these spaces to support families, recreation, and community connection.
